These are the basics every Fusova service reuses. Your business hours decide which calls are after-hours, and your primary contact is who we send drafts to for approval. The only message that sends on its own is the friendly "we got your call" text — it never quotes a price or books a job. Anything that answers your customer or commits your business waits for that person's one-tap approval.

The business

Your display / brand name — used in the texts Fusova drafts on your behalf. (Your exact legal name + Tax ID, if you send SMS, are captured later at the Phone / SMS connector.)
Pick the closest match — choose Other if yours isn't listed. Helps tailor how voicemails are triaged.
The line Fusova watches for missed calls. It replies by text — it never places voice calls.
Your main inbox for the business.
If you have one — we may reference it in customer-facing replies.

Location & time

Skip this for a mobile or home-based business — Fusova works fine without an address.
Used with your business hours to tell in-hours calls from after-hours calls.
