When a call is missed, Fusova auto-texts the caller one friendly "we got your call" holding note, transcribes any voicemail in-house, triages it, and drafts the real reply for your approval. Fusova never answers the line live and never places a voice call — it works off the missed call or voicemail and the substantive answer texts back only once you tap Send.
